As our name would suggest we are residential estate agents. Not your typical bunch we think as in addition to selling, letting and managing properties in Liverpool City Centre we are also involved in residential asset management, administration/receivership sales and management, ground rent sales, serviced apartment deals and market research. Although Liverpool based our expertise leads us to work across the Northwest of England and indeed nationally for retained clients.

We are an owner managed company run by Alan Bevan and Phil Hartley-Chambers and employ a hard working, dedicated bunch who live and breathe residential property. Alan's main focuses are company strategy, business development, consultancy and asset management. Alan has particular expertise in new build development advice, ground rents and serviced apartments. Phil is responsible for day to day running of City Residential covering all disciplines including Estate Agency, New Homes, Lettings & Property Management, Asset Management and Furnishings. He is responsible for the company achieving its targets and is our main client liaison. We are fully accredited agency to all of the main industry bodies including NAEA ARLA, OFT, TPO and TDS
